The usual delivery time is 48/72 hours on the Iberian Peninsula, and 7 days on the Canary and Balearic Islands, unless expressly indicated on the item’s data sheet. During holidays and/or other festivities the delivery time may be modified.

Delivery of orders:
Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the customer, therefore, AMBIENTAIR AROMAS S.L. assumes no responsibility when delivery cannot be made as a result of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete data provided. In the event that the delivery address is incorrect or is subsequently changed by the recipient, the customer will be responsible for the costs of re-delivery. In the event that the order is refused by the recipient or the recipient is absent, AMBIENTAIR AROMAS S.L. assumes no liability and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the value of the order.
Delivery to hospitals and/or public buildings:
Deliveries to Hospitals, Hotels, Public Bodies and other places where there are restrictions on access to the general public, will be delivered to the reception, or similar place, provided that hand delivery to the recipient is not possible. In this case, an attempt will be made to collect the signature of the receptionist or similar, and the order will be considered as delivered. For a more effective delivery of your order, we need you to ensure that you provide us with as much information as possible such as flat name, room number, floor number, full name of the recipient.
Free invoicing in paper or electronic format
Immediately after acceptance by the consumer of the completion of the order, AMBIENTAIR AROMAS S.L. will send you an acknowledgement of receipt and a file of a document justifying the purchase made, which will contain the data relating to the contract made. However, AMBIENTAIR AROMAS S.L. will not be obliged to confirm receipt of the offer by sending a supporting document when the contract has been concluded through the exchange of messages by e-mail or other equivalent means of individual communication, provided that these means have not been used for the sole purpose of avoiding compliance with this obligation.
Consumers may request AMBIENTAIR AROMAS S.L. a paper or electronic invoice for the products or services contracted at no cost.
Once the contract has been concluded, the consumer will have the right to request information about the state of the delivery of the goods, as far as the nature of the goods allows it. To this end, AMBIENTAIR AROMAS S.L. must inform the consumer via the screen, e-mail, telephone or other equivalent means.
