The shipping costs of each order are free from €30 of purchase in Spain (peninsula).
The usual delivery time is 48/72 hours in the Iberian Peninsula and 7 days in the islands, unless expressly indicated in the item file. During festivities and/or other holidays the term may be modified. These delivery times will begin to count from the day following the date of placing the order.

Delivery of orders:
Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the customer, therefore, Ambientair Aromas S.L. does not assume any responsibility when the delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided being incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete. In the event that the delivery address is wrong or the recipient modifies it later, the costs of re-expedition will be borne by the customer. In the event that the order is rejected by the recipient or the recipient is absent, Ambientair Aromas S.L. assumes no responsibility and reserves the right to charge the customer 100% of the value of the order.
Delivery to hospitals and/or public buildings:
Deliveries in Hospitals, Hotels, Public Organizations and other places where there are restrictions for access to the general public, will be delivered at the reception, or similar place, as long as hand delivery to the recipient is not possible. In this case, an attempt will be made to collect the signature of the receptionist or similar, and the order will be considered as delivered, not assuming any responsibility derived from the moment after delivery. In order to achieve a more effective delivery of your order, we need you to make sure that you provide us with as much information as possible such as department name, room number, floor number, full name of the recipient.
Return of merchandise
If you are not satisfied when you receive your order, you have a period of fourteen (14 days) from the date of receipt to execute the right of return.
Personalized items are not returnable.
In case of return, shipping costs will not be reimbursed to the customer, as well as any expenses arising from such return, including extended storage fees or additional delivery attempts. Collection costs, if any, shall be borne by the customer.
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, in its original packaging and with the manuals, accessories or promotional gifts included where appropriate. Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking its status, the full amount will be refunded according to the payment method made by the client. The customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise to our facilities.
The return of defective and/or erroneous products will be accepted, being Ambientair Aromas S.L. responsible for its collection provided that the client communicates this circumstance within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
