AMBIENTAIR AROMAS S.L., a leading international company in the ambience and decoration products sector, focuses on the Quality System as a way to organize its business life, basing it both on its orientation towards customers and towards its goods and services, and based on the continuous improvement of the effectiveness of Management, Service Provision and the Satisfaction of all interested parties .
For this reason, the Directive declares that the Management System is based on objectives and in itself a strategic and priority objective for the company, based on:
- Quality is a main aspect in the desire to maintain ourselves in a competitive position within the sector of setting and decoration products; and that is achieved by planning, executing, reviewing and improving the Management System, to prevent possible errors, and directing our activity towards the satisfaction of all our stakeholders through personalization and direct treatment.< /li>
- It is the responsibility of the entire organization to meet the needs and requirements set by customers, complying with legal and regulatory requirements related to the service.
- The success of our organization requires the participation and collaboration of everyone, which is why motivation, training and communication in the company is considered essential.
- Theassessment of the risks associated with our activity is a central task of our quality management system and the objective of the organization is to carry out a correct assessment of them, drawing up action plans to fight against them, all contributing to our commitment and support with the strategic direction.
- All relevant information will be provided to all interested parties. We will also promote the awareness of our employees, as well as the communication with all the interested parties so that they are participants in our policy and our obligations acquired with quality.
- Quality directs us to pay maximum attention to the technological evolution of the sector.
